Event limits are guidelines; the number of projects is fixed. At 80 percent you get a warning. Two months over the limit bring an upgrade offer, after which notamsign records new visitors without an identifier only. Tracking itself never stops.

How long does a lifetime license last?
As long as notamsign exists. If we ever shut down, we announce it at least twelve months ahead, except in case of insolvency, a regulatory ban or a security emergency. Until the last day you can export all your data.
What are credits for?
Credits pay for work we buy from other providers: AI images, copy, finder runs and SEO analyses. Before every action you see the maximum price. Tracking, attribution and reports never cost credits. Extra credits are valid until the end of the month. Founders pay $11 instead of $14 for 1,000 credits.
Who can buy a founder license?
Businesses and freelancers. You get a proper invoice. Businesses outside the EU are invoiced without German VAT; EU businesses outside Germany with a valid VAT ID pay none either (reverse charge).
Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes, at any time, even after lifetime sales close. You pay the difference between the round 2 prices of the two plans.

Common questions
Do I need a cookie banner for notamsign?
Not for tier 0. At that tier notamsign sets no cookie, stores nothing in the browser and creates no identifier. Journeys across several visits (tier 1) need consent, which notamsign reads from Complianz, Cookiebot, Shopify or your own banner.
How accurate is the tracking?
No tracking catches every visit. Declined consent, Safari and ad blockers usually cost 20 to 40 percent of the signals. notamsign shows that share as “unattributed” in every report and does not quietly spread it across your campaigns. Every night a tracking monitor checks that the tracking points on your site still send data.
Which platforms does it connect to?
Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn for spend and feedback, HubSpot for contacts and deals, Shopify for orders, plus Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, WordPress with Contact Form 7 and CleverReach. If your platform is missing, we build the integration as a one-time project. After that every customer can use it.
How long does setup take?
We add the snippet and connect your accounts together on one call. After that your sales cycle sets the pace: a deal that takes 60 days to close appears in the report after 60 days.
Where is the data stored?
In the EU. Convex, Inc. runs the database for us in Ireland; transfers to the US company are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. Raw data is deleted after 13 months, daily totals are kept.
What happens after I request access?
Within two business days we email you a time for the setup call. Early access is free of charge.
